Shlomi Kelsi
Managing partner
Shlomi specializes in leading special situation restructure. Over the past 20 year, Shlomi lead several restructures and LBO’s. Shlomi was involved in most of the holding groups restructures in Israel in the last 10 years and successfully managed to recover on average a yearly annual return of over 30%.
Shlomi’s approach is results oriented and team work. Consequently, Shlomi’s focuses on building a value creation plan and to have the board and management committed to execute it. Shlomi also uses his extensive background in M&As to maximize the returns.
Shlomi Holds MSc. in Finance and BA in economics (summa cum laude) and accounting, both from Tel Aviv university, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (IL).
Liat Hellman

Liat specializes in finance and operational management in Technology sector. Over the past 20 years Liat has been serving as CFO in public companies, building finance teams, implementing information systems and leading investments, M&As and IPOs, mainly in the fields of online, communications and internet.
In recent years, Liat held the CFO position of Webpals/XLMedia Group, responsible to set up its finance and information infrastructure and leading XLMedia’s IPO in London raising $70 million. Following the IPO Liat lead a series of M&As growing the company from $20 million to over $140 million of revenues.
Liat holds a Masters in Business Administration from Tel-Aviv University, a B.A in Economics and accounting from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is a license Certified Public Accountant – CPA (Isr.)
Dan Hellman

Danny is a Hi-Tech entrepreneur and consultant that specializes in technology architecture. Over the past 15 years Danny has been serving as a tech leader in High Tech companies, specializing in web, mobile and blockchain technologies.
In 2014 Danny founded Tooleap, a startup company that focuses on mobile apps in the media industry, having millions of users worldwide and owns some of the leading content apps in Israel.
Danny graduated the IDF programming studies, and following he served in 8200 unit’s technology teams (IDF Intelligence). He holds a B.A in Economics and Accounting from The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
